I took some advice and tried these photographs with a 35mm lens at 640ISO, 2.8ff, and 16 seconds.

The amount of light haze from the moon and the city is just remarkable! My first photograph is the original, my second the edits in Lightroom. I used its new AI denoise feature (sorry Topaz Denoise), as well as major dehaze and black edits. I didn’t use any Photoshop but I’m considering that in the future.
